According to an article by the Toronto Star, "The news that some teachers are using sick days at an increased rate, particularly Mondays and Fridays, suggests that their earlier protests were about self-interest and not to benefit students" ( see Start article )

Online teaching is one solution to a teacher's sick leave. The presenter of the session will discuss how to use a live online class for blended and the flipped class so that students continue learning even when the teacher is absent.
